The Sutter Tracy Wound Ostomy Continence Center is the only fulltime facility of its kind in San Joaquin County. The center offers specialized care for leg and foot ulcers and other wounds often caused by diabetes, circulatory problems and unhealed surgical incisions.
Specially trained in wound physiology and healing, our nurses use high tech wound care devices and specialized supplies to treat hard-to-heal wounds and do everything possible to minimize pain. They also consult with the patient’s physician on the best course of treatment and teach patients what they can do to improve their condition. Podiatrists and plastic and vascular surgeons are also available for consultation.
