We offer social services designed to assist patients and their families with difficulties related to their care or coverage. A medical social worker is available to conduct a thorough assessment of each patient's situation. Our Breast Health Advocates are Here for You Sutter Tracy’s Breast Health Advocate program is a confidential, free program available to all women utilizing Sutter Tracy’s breast health services. Our nurse breast health advocates are here to help calm women’s fears and address their concerns throughout the diagnostic and treatment process. A listening ear, a phone call to a physician’s office, or a referral to a support group are examples of the type of services our advocates provide. They can also connect women with resources within the hospital and the community. Breast health advocates are available by phone Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 209-833-2440.
