Sutter Tracy Community Hospital has the area’s only emergency department equipped and staffed to respond to medical emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our team of emergency medical professionals has the training and expertise to evaluate and treat a variety of medical problems quickly and knowledgeably. They also have special training in trauma, pediatrics and advanced cardiac life support, and are backed by state-of-the-art equipment and an attending staff of some of the finest physicians in the area.
As part of our $24 million hospital expansion project, the Emergency Department was recently remodeled and expanded to include five new treatment beds and a new larger lobby with a special children's area complete with toys and children’s books.
