    Matching Gifts

    If you are a current full time employee, director on a board, permanent part-time employee, retiree or the spouse or widow(er) of an employee or retiree at a participating matching gift company, you may be eligible for an employer-matched gift.

    Double Your Donation by Following
    These Easy Steps

    1. Contact your employer's Personnel or Human Resources office to determine if they participate in a matching gift program. If they participate, obtain a matching gift form and donation guidelines.

    2. Fill in the Employee section of the form and send it to the address below along with your donation. If you made your gift on-line, simply complete the form and mail it to:

    3. We will complete the form and forward it to your employer's matching gift office for processing. Your company will send its matching donation directly to Tracy Hospital Foundation.

    Tips on Matching Gifts

    • Many companies will match personal gifts such as stocks and securities in addition to cash gifts.

    • Some companies offer double or triple matches.

    • Some companies do not have a Matching Gift program, but will still match your donation if you ask. Don't be afraid to ask your employer for the matching gift.

    • Talk to your colleagues, friends, and suppliers about how they can increase their support of Tracy Hospital Foundation with an employer-matching gift. Tell them to visit our Website for more information on our matching gift program.

    • Some companies disburse matching gifts on a quarterly or yearly basis. To reduce administrative costs, the Foundation will not forward a notice to employees when a matching gift is received. If you have, questions about your matching gift contact your employer's Human Resources department.
