Our patients often express their gratitude for the excellent care they receive in a variety of ways- through kind words, smiles, letters of thanks, and financial contributions.

One of the most meaningful ways for you to express your appreciation is to make a gift to the Tracy Hospital Foundation Guardian Angel Program. The program enables you to say thank you and to honor the caregiver, or other hospital staff member who made your experience a positive one.

Any caregiver who makes a difference can be an Angel. Each caregiver who is recognized by patients or family members will receive a card informing him or her of the thoughtful gift, and a custom-crafted lapel pin to wear proudly.

Recognizing An Angel

Here is how you can honor the caregiver who made a difference to you:
