Creating a Healthier Community – It’s What We Do!
At Tracy Hospital Foundation, we work hard to ensure that Tracy area families have every opportunity to be healthy. Established in 1993 as a non-profit organization, our mission is to support the health and well being of Tracy area residents by connecting with the needs of the community.
Comprised of community leaders and members who share a commitment to support the Sutter Tracy Community Hospital and the health and wellness of Tracy residents, we raise funds right here in the community and use them specifically for our local hospital and health-related programs and services, including:

• State-of-the-art equipment for the Sutter Tracy Imaging Center
• New Cardiac Defibrillators for the Tracy Fire Department
• Community Flu Immunization Program
• Infant resuscitators
Empowering Children to Succeed

• Boys & Girls Club Challenge Kids Program
• Prescription eyeglasses for low-income families
