    Sutter Tracy is committed to providing employees with medical coverage designed to promote healthy living, and in the event of injury or illness, protect you and your family. Current insurance plans include medical, dental, vision life and long term disability.

    If you elect not to participate in Sutter Tracy’s health insurance programs and can provide proof of other insurance, you may opt to receive a benefit reimbursement.

    Eligibility & Changes:

    Full-time employees (minimum 72 hours per pay period) and part-time employees (minimum 40 hours per pay period) become eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. At this time your eligible dependents may also begin to receive coverage.

    Once you have enrolled in Sutter Tracy benefit plans, changes may be made during our open enrollment period in November of each year, or when you experience a change in family status such as marriage, birth of a child, or change in employment status of you or your spouse.
