Sutter Tracy offers a variety of classes and meetings relating to health topics. Most classes or groups are open to the public and are free of charge. We also offer hundreds of free health screenings every year. For more information about upcoming classes see the schedule below or

Adult Bereavement Support Group
Community Hospice offers both individual and group grief support. Please call 578-6378 for registration and information.
Alzheimer’s Support Group
A local group meets monthly in Tracy to offer support, and information related to Alzheimer’s. Call 1-800-540-3340 for more information.
Central Valley FEAT
Families for Effective Autism Treatment provides information to families through education, advocacy, and support. Call Karen, 832-2593 for more information.

Chronic Pain Support Group
The American Chronic Pain Association is providing help and hope for people and their families living with pain. Group meets monthly, call Cheryl at 833-3330.
Diabetes Support Group
Support for anyone newly diagnosed, with a history, and/or family members needing support and information about how to manage diabetes. Call Pam at 832-3432 for meeting dates and times.
Down Syndrome Support Group
Relatives, caregivers and teachers of those with Down Syndrome are invited to join this informal group. Call Raquel at 830-1712 for details.
Fibromyalgia Support Group
This informal group offers support and information to both families and patients. Call Juanita McHugh at 321-9396 for more information.
Hydrocephalus Support Group
The Hydrocephalus Association provides anyone affected by this condition with support and information about the disease and its challenges. For more information, contact Kim at 814-8815.
Stroke Support Group
This group welcomes family members and all victims of stroke, head injury, and/or neurological conditions. Call 830-2137 to learn more.
Tracy Area Cancer Support Group
A support group meets twice monthly to assist cancer fighters, survivors and their family members with education and emotional support. Call 833-2338 for more information about this group and other services available to Tracy cancer patients.
NAMI
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Recovery Support Group offers support for people with mental illness and their family members. Monthly meetings are held regularly, call Karen at 834-2313 for more information.
Mommy and Me
This free group meets weekly, and provides a place for mothers with children ages 0-2 to discuss motherhood, share ideas, receive breast feeding support and ask questions. To learn more, call 833-2420.
Multiple Sclerosis Support Group

Parent and Me Playgroup
Free playgroup for children ages 5 and younger meets weekly. This interactive, parent-involved group offers a fun learning environment that both children and parents enjoy. Call 833-2420 for a current class schedule.
P.R.I.C.E. Parenting Class
Learn strategies of effective parenting with this free parenting course. Class is for parents with children ages 12 and younger. For more information and to register, call 833-2420.
Teen Classes (“Build Your Teen Toolbox”)
